Yes. The displayed Pro price is the fixed total and includes applicable VAT. Stripe determines the included tax allocation from your billing details. After a paid subscription invoice is confirmed, Floov prepares the matching fiscal invoice in Billing.
Our Free plan is available permanently. Create up to 250 forms, collect unlimited responses under Fair Use, and start without a credit card. Upgrade only when you need Pro features.
Free includes 20 lifetime AI credits and Pro includes 500 AI credits per calendar month. AI actions use credits according to their measured provider usage, so different requests can use different amounts. The balance belongs to the selected workspace owner, including usage requested by authorised collaborators. Pro members can buy additional credits in packs of 500 for €10 VAT included (€0.02 per credit).
There is no per-seat pricing. Pro includes workspace-based collaboration for up to 25 members per workspace. If the owner's Pro plan ends, collaborator access pauses until Pro resumes.
Floov does not charge per response. Pro collaboration has no per-seat fee and supports up to 25 total members per workspace, including the owner.
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro whenever you're ready. If you downgrade, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Your forms and responses are always preserved.
Your forms and responses stay in your account. You'll keep full access until the end of your billing period, after which Pro-only features lock but all your existing data remains accessible for viewing and export.
