AI Credits
AI credits pay for Floov AI requests, including form creation and editing. Usage varies with the size of a request, so a credit is not a fixed number of forms or edits. Your plan still determines which form features you can use; credits do not unlock Pro features.
Included allowances
- Free: 20 AI credits once for the lifetime of the account.
- Pro: 500 included AI credits per calendar month. The monthly allowance resets and does not roll over.
Credits belong to the selected workspace owner. If an authorized collaborator makes an AI request in that workspace, it uses the owner's balance. Included credits are used first, followed by purchased credits in expiry order.
Buy additional credits
While Pro access is active, open Billing and choose 1 to 10 packs of 500 credits. Each pack costs €10 including VAT (€0.02 per credit). Review the total, complete the one-time Stripe Checkout, and return to the confirmation page to see the credits added and your updated balance. Active Pro is required to buy another pack, but a credit purchase does not itself grant Pro features.
How requests are charged
Before contacting the AI provider, Floov temporarily reserves credits up to the request's hold. Form creation holds up to 2 credits per attempt. A normal edit holds up to 2 credits; a large edit holds up to 6. The hold never exceeds the available balance. After the provider responds, Floov charges measured usage up to the hold and releases the rest. Your balance cannot become negative, and Floov absorbs provider cost above the hold.
A successfully prepared edit proposal uses credits even if you discard it or cannot apply it after the form changes. Requests rejected before generation, handled provider failures, and invalid proposals do not use credits. Cancelling before provider work begins costs no credits; once work begins, measured usage may apply. If an interrupted request leaves the provider outcome unknown, its reservation may be used or remain visible until reconciliation resolves it.
Expiry, cancellation, and refunds
Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. If Pro ends, remaining purchased credits can still be used with AI features available on Free until they expire; active Pro is needed to buy more. Included monthly credits do not roll over. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. A refund revokes the corresponding proportion of purchased credits.
