AI Credits
AI credits are used when you create, edit, or translate forms with Floov AI. The amount depends on the size of your request.
Included Credits
- Free: 20 AI credits for the lifetime of your account.
- Pro: 500 AI credits per calendar month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Everyone in a workspace uses the workspace owner's balance. You can check your balance in Billing.
Get More Credits
With an active Pro plan, open Billing to buy packs of 500 credits for €10 each, including VAT. Purchased credits expire after 12 months and remain usable if you return to Free.
When Credits Are Used
Generating a preview or a suggested edit uses credits, even if you decide not to use the result. Reviewing a result, applying an edit, or creating a form from an existing preview costs no extra credits.
Requests rejected before generation are free. Cancelling after generation starts may still use credits.
