Notion
Create a page in a Notion database for every new response. This integration is free on every plan.
Connect Notion
As the workspace owner, open Integrations in the sidebar, choose the workspace, then open Add connection and choose Connect account for Notion. Share the databases you need, approve access, then return to Floov and refresh.
You can also connect from this integration’s panel in the form editor. If no account is connected, the panel explains the next step; only the workspace owner sees the connection link. If the browser blocks the connection window, allow popups or open the link in a new tab, then use Refresh after connecting.
Set Up Your Form
- Open Settings > Integrations > Notion in the form editor.
- Choose the connection and database.
- Map answers to properties, or choose Don't send.
- Turn on Send responses to Notion and publish.
Map to compatible properties such as text, number, date, select, checkbox, email, or phone. Read-only and unsupported properties are unavailable.
Add Another Database
In Notion, open the database's Connections menu and add Floov. Then choose Reload in the form editor.
Manage Delivery
Admins and editors can use an existing connection; only the owner can connect or disconnect accounts. Renaming a mapped property does not break delivery.
Check the form's Deliveries page for errors. Failed deliveries leave responses saved in Floov. Disconnecting stops delivery; moving the form to another workspace requires a new setup and publication.

For an already published form, you can also close this integration panel and choose Apply to live form at the top of the Integrations tab. This updates integrations and tracking without publishing other draft changes. New questions and hidden fields must be published before mapping them. See Publishing Forms.
Map calculations and scores to compatible destination fields using their saved submission values. Publish new calculations before applying integration settings to the live form. A calculated result cannot be used as a contact email address. Later answer edits do not resend the integration.
