Reports Overview

Reports turn completed form responses into a live, aggregate-only page you can share without giving someone access to your Floov workspace. They are useful for clients, teammates, event organizers, and other stakeholders who need the results rather than the individual response records.

Open a form and select Reports from the data navigation beside Responses, Insights, and Deliveries.

What a report can contain

  • Funnel – views, starts, completed submissions, start rate, and completion rate
  • Question summaries – aggregate-safe charts and statistics for choice, yes/no, rating, scale, number, and ranking questions
  • Traffic – completed submissions grouped by device, country, and source
  • Attribution – aggregate campaign values from hidden fields such as utm_source or utm_campaign

You choose which sections and questions appear, their order, their chart styles, and the completed-response date range. Reports update as new responses arrive, normally within about a minute; during a slow refresh Floov can briefly show the most recently generated aggregate version.

Privacy by design

Public reports never expose individual response rows, open-text answers, contact details, or uploaded files. Number summaries omit exact minimum and maximum values. Hidden fields are included only when you deliberately add them to Attribution.

Attribution stays hidden until at least five responses contain the selected field. Small hidden-field values are combined so a viewer cannot infer one person's response. This extra small-group protection applies to hidden-field Attribution; Question summaries and Traffic use their normal aggregate totals.

Plans

Free plans can create one all-time report per form with Floov branding and configurable Question summaries. Pro plans can create up to 10 reports per form; use rolling or custom date ranges; add, remove, and reorder Funnel, Traffic, Question summaries, and Attribution; protect public links with passwords and expiration; and remove report branding.

If Pro ends, saved Pro configuration is retained. Until Pro is active again, reports use all-time results, show Floov branding, and omit Funnel, Traffic, and Attribution. Existing passwords and expiration times remain enforced so public access never becomes less restrictive.

Permissions

Workspace owners, admins, and editors can create, configure, publish, make private, and delete reports. Viewers can use Responses and Insights but cannot publish form data externally.
