Send Form Responses to Airtable

Airtable

Send each new response to a record in Airtable. This integration is free on every plan.

Connect Airtable

As the workspace owner, open Integrations in the sidebar, choose the workspace, then open Add connection and choose Connect account for Airtable. Approve access to the bases you need. Return to Floov and refresh.

You can also connect from this integration’s panel in the form editor. If no account is connected, the panel explains the next step; only the workspace owner sees the connection link. If the browser blocks the connection window, allow popups or open the link in a new tab, then use Refresh after connecting.

Set Up Your Form

Open Settings > Integrations > Airtable in the form editor.
Choose the connection, base, and table.
Map answers to Airtable fields. Leave a field on Don't send to skip it.
Turn on Send responses to Airtable and publish.

Admins and editors can use an existing workspace connection. Only the owner can connect or disconnect accounts.

Choose Destination Fields

Use writable fields such as text, number, date, or single select. Formulas and other read-only fields are unavailable. You can rename or reorder mapped fields without breaking delivery.

Check Delivery

Open the form's Deliveries page to check for errors. Responses remain saved in Floov even when delivery fails.

Disconnecting stops delivery. If you move the form to another workspace, set up its connection again and publish.

For an already published form, you can also close this integration panel and choose Apply to live form at the top of the Integrations tab. This updates integrations and tracking without publishing other draft changes. New questions and hidden fields must be published before mapping them. See Publishing Forms.

Map calculations and scores to compatible destination fields using their saved submission values. Publish new calculations before applying integration settings to the live form. A calculated result cannot be used as a contact email address. Later answer edits do not resend the integration.
