Google Sheets
Send each new response to a row in Google Sheets. This integration is free on every plan.
Connect and Set Up
- As the workspace owner, open Integrations in the sidebar, choose the workspace, then open Add connection and choose Connect account for Google Sheets. Select the requested Google Drive permission, then return to Floov and refresh.
- In the form editor, open Settings > Integrations > Google Sheets.
- Choose the connection, then Choose spreadsheet and select your spreadsheet.
- Choose a worksheet tab and the fields to send as columns.
- Turn on Send responses to this sheet and publish.
Only the owner can connect accounts or select a spreadsheet. Admins and editors can configure the saved destination's tab, columns, and sync settings. Floov accesses only spreadsheets selected for it.
You can also connect from this integration’s panel in the form editor. If no account is connected, the panel explains the next step; only the workspace owner sees the connection link. If the browser blocks the connection window, allow popups or open the link in a new tab, then use Refresh after connecting.
Sync Existing Responses
Choose Sync now to add responses collected before setup. Responses already in the sheet are skipped. New submissions arrive automatically, and existing spreadsheet rows stay in place.
You can rename or reorder the generated headers without breaking delivery.
Manage the Connection
Check the form's Deliveries page if a response is missing. Failed delivery does not remove the response from Floov.
Open Integrations in the sidebar, choose the workspace, and disconnect the account from Workspace connections to stop delivery. Rows already sent remain in your spreadsheet. Moving a form to another workspace requires setting up its connection again.
See the Privacy Policy for data access details, or Viewing Responses for your saved submissions.
For an already published form, you can also close this integration panel and choose Apply to live form at the top of the Integrations tab. This updates integrations and tracking without publishing other draft changes. New questions and hidden fields must be published before mapping them. See Publishing Forms.
Map calculations and scores to compatible destination fields using their saved submission values. Publish new calculations before applying integration settings to the live form. A calculated result cannot be used as a contact email address. Later answer edits do not resend the integration.
