Answer Scoring
Free on every plan. Add points to answers for quizzes, lead qualification, or eligibility checks.
Build a Score
- Open Settings > Calculations, choose Add calculation, and name your score.
- Choose Answer score and add the questions to score.
- Assign points beside each choice or checkbox outcome. Number, rating, and opinion-scale questions contribute their numeric answer.
- Choose whether unanswered or hidden questions contribute zero or keep the whole score empty.
- Use Try values, then preview and publish.
For a three-question quiz, give each correct choice 1 point and each incorrect choice 0. All three correct answers give a score of 3. For a lead score, give company size and requested services different weights, then add a conditional bonus for a qualifying budget.
Multiple-choice selections each contribute their points once. You can use negative or decimal points and add ordered rules to adjust, multiply, or cap the total. One question can contribute to several separate scores.
Use Your Score
Display it with a Calculated value block or insert it with @ in text. Scores are saved with responses and can be mapped to integrations. Route respondents to different endings or reveal questions based on a score with Pro.
After changing answer options, update their point assignments before publishing. Earlier responses keep their saved scores and original scoring rules. Learn more about calculations and saved results.
