Edit Forms with AI
Floov AI can update questions, rewrite text, organize pages, and set up calculations, scores, and result displays. You review every change before it is applied.
To change the built-in form language without rewriting your questions, ask “Set the form language to Romanian.” Ask for a translation when you want AI to translate your question text and navigation labels too.
Use “show this question when…” for conditional questions and “go to this page when…” for page routing. To let respondents return later, ask “Let respondents save their progress and continue later.” This is separate from storing a partial response after a particular page.
Make a Change
- Open your form and choose Floov AI.
- Describe the change. Select a field to refer to “this field.” Name other fields or say “all fields on this page” when you want a wider change.
- Review the suggestion and choose Apply or Discard.
Applied changes stay in your draft. Preview them, then Publish when ready.
Proposals expire after 24 hours. If the form changes or a proposal expires, send a fresh request.
Select an existing text block to append a paragraph to it. Ask for a “separate text block” to create another block. For monetary results, specify the currency format and code, such as “Display Quote total as EUR currency.”

- “Show Quote total in euros on the thank-you page.”
- “Insert Full name in the welcome heading.”
- “Show Company name when Business is selected.”
- “Send scores of 20 or more to the Qualified ending.”

Request calculations separately from question or display changes. Review formulas and points with Try values before publishing.
