Organize Pages with AI

Use Floov AI in the form editor to organize content pages, endings, and field layouts. Describe the result you want, review the proposed changes, and choose Apply to update your draft. Publish separately when you want respondents to see it.

Start with a specific request

  1. Open the form editor and choose Floov AI.
  2. Name the page, ending, or fields you want to change. Select a Columns group when you mean “these columns.”
  3. Try a request such as “Move Email to Contact details and make it required,” “Add a contact page with Email and Phone,” or “Put Name and Email side by side.”
  4. Check the proposed page order, fields, and destinations before choosing Apply.

Organize Pages

You can ask Floov AI to add, remove, rename, reorder, split, or merge content pages and move existing top-level blocks between them. An explicit reorganization proposal describes the complete resulting page layout. Floov rejects it if an existing block would be lost or duplicated, preserves nested content such as Columns, and assigns IDs to new pages. Ending text can be edited or translated. You can also create a new content-only ending; existing endings cannot be reorganized or deleted through AI. You can create a populated page in one request, for example “Add a contact page with an email and a phone number.” Creating pages preserves all existing pages, fields, names, and their relative order. New pages are appended unless you ask to place them before or after an existing content page. Creation does not delete or rearrange existing content; ask for reorganization separately. New pages support up to 30 new items each and 60 across one proposal. Review the new items before applying; the editor opens the first new page afterward. A page organization request can also add, edit or delete existing fields and update page names or alignment. For example, “Move Email to Contact details and make it required.” Only one page creation, duplication or reorganization operation is supported per proposal.

Duplicate Pages and Create Endings

“Duplicate Contact details as Emergency contact” copies its content, media, and alignment with fresh field IDs, directly after the source unless you request another page to follow. It does not copy workflow rules, partial-response saving, redirects, or other behavior. “Add a thank-you ending” creates a separate ending with text and decorative blocks, without response inputs, action buttons, or redirects. Existing endings remain unchanged. Choose its route in Workflow manually; creating an ending does not automatically make respondents reach it. You can also duplicate an existing ending. Ask “Duplicate Contact details as Work contact and change its Email label to Work email” to edit only the copy in the same request. These operations open the new page or ending after applying. Combine structural changes with compatible field edits or page-layout changes in one proposal.

Columns and Field Layout

Ask “Put Name and Email side by side,” “Move Phone into the right column,” or “Make these fields full width again.” Floov AI creates or rearranges layouts with two to four columns while preserving every existing field and its ID. Columns stack on smaller screens as usual. Select a Columns group when “these columns” should refer to it. Without an explicit broader scope, layout requests refer to that selected group; review the proposed changes before applying. A request can also create new fields inside columns, for example “Add two columns with First name on the left and Email on the right.” New columns append by default without changing existing fields or their order. You can request multiple rows by specifying the fields in each column from top to bottom. Each group supports two, three, or four columns. Nested columns are not supported. Deleting a selected Columns group with its contents shows an explicit deletion in the proposal review. The rest of the page is preserved; nothing is removed until you choose Apply. One field-layout, group-deletion or page-structure operation is allowed per proposal; compatible field-property changes can be included. Avoid asking to delete a group and edit its contained fields in the same message. If a contradictory request fails, split it into a clear request for the result you want.

Page Layout and Named-Page Additions

Ask to center a page vertically, align it left or right, or use the form defaults. These requests change only that page, including an ending, not the whole form. Vertical alignment is unavailable while a top banner is displayed. To format paragraph text instead, ask to center the text. You can also add fields to another existing page by name, such as “Add an email field to Contact details.” You do not need to switch pages. New fields append there unless you specify a position before or after a top-level field.

Review and limits

Structural changes and compatible field edits can be combined, but only one page creation, duplication, or reorganization operation is supported per proposal. A field-layout or group-deletion operation also has its own one-per-proposal limit. For a large or contradictory request, make smaller, clear requests. If the form changes while AI works, an older proposal is rejected instead of overwriting the newer draft. An accepted proposal stays in the draft until you publish.
