Organize Pages with AI
Floov AI can add, duplicate, rename, reorder, split, or merge form pages. It can also move questions between pages, arrange fields in columns, and create thank-you endings.
When splitting one page into two, specify which questions or blocks to move and name the new page. Floov keeps the other items on the original page, preserves their order, and inserts the new page immediately after it. Ask for a welcome heading and introduction “at the beginning of this page” to place them before existing questions.
Change Your Layout
- Open your form in the editor and choose Floov AI.
- Describe the layout you want, using the names of your pages or fields.
- Review the changes and choose Apply. Publish when ready.
Things You Can Ask
- “Add a contact page with Email and Phone.”
- “Move Email to Contact details.”
- “Split this page into Personal details and Work details.”
- “Duplicate Contact details as Emergency contact.”
- “Put Name and Email side by side.”
- “Add a thank-you ending.”
After creating an ending, use Workflow or a separate AI request to choose when respondents reach it. Conditional routing requires Pro.
