Zapier
Use Zapier to send new Floov submissions to other apps, such as your CRM or email tool. Zapier is free on Floov.
Set Up a Zap
Open Integrations in the sidebar, then Add connection, and choose Connect with Zapier, or follow the invitation below. Zapier authorizes access to your Floov account; it is managed under Connected apps, separately from workspace connections.
- Accept the Floov invitation on Zapier to add the app to your Zapier account.
- Create a Zap with Floov's New Submission trigger.
- Connect your Floov account and approve access in the authorization window.
- Choose a form and test the trigger using recent completed responses.
- Add your action steps and turn on the Zap.
No API key is required.
Use Response Data
The trigger includes the form name, submission reference and time, and answers named by their field labels. Map these to fields in your next action. File uploads use temporary download links.
Manage Access
Turn off a Zap to stop it, or revoke access from Integrations > Connected apps in Floov.
Check Deliveries for failed attempts. Your response remains saved in Floov if Zapier is unavailable.
