Translate Forms with AI
Need your form in another language? Floov AI can translate its questions, answer choices, page text, and thank-you message. You review the result before it changes your draft, then publish when you are ready.
Choose the Right Language Tool
The Language setting changes Floov's built-in buttons and validation messages. It does not translate the words you wrote in your form. Use Floov AI for your questions, choices, and page copy. If you need a separate public link for each language, duplicate the form and translate each copy.
Translate Your Form
- Open your form in the editor and choose Floov AI.
- Ask for a supported language, such as Translate all pages to Romanian.
- Review the suggested wording. Pay special attention to names, choices, consent text, and the thank-you message.
- Choose Apply, preview the draft, and publish it when you are satisfied.
A request to translate the form covers all its pages and endings, even if you are viewing one page or have selected a field.
What AI Translates
Floov AI can translate field labels, instructions, placeholders, choices, headings, text blocks, quotes, and ending-page copy. It also changes the form language so built-in messages match, and translates custom Start, Back, and Next button labels while keeping their meaning.
What Stays the Same
Translation does not change field order, validation rules, saved choice values, links, redirects, integrations, or access settings. Your published form also stays the same until you publish the translated draft. Review any legal or consent wording before sharing it.
Limits, Credits, and Privacy
Very large forms may need smaller requests. Check the suggested changes before applying them so you can see what was covered. If the form changes while Floov AI is working, an older suggestion is rejected instead of overwriting your newer edits.
Translation uses the workspace owner's shared AI credits; AI Credits explains charges and allowances. Floov sends the request and the supported form content needed for the edit to Google's Gemini API. See Edit Forms with AI for the exact data and retention rules.
