CAPTCHA Protection
Cloudflare Turnstile can check final submissions on your Floov-hosted public form to help reduce bot responses. CAPTCHA is available on Free and Pro.
Enable CAPTCHA
- Open the form editor, choose Settings, then open Access.
- Turn on Require CAPTCHA and publish the form.
- Submit a test response through the Floov-hosted public link to check the respondent experience.
The editor will not let you enable CAPTCHA when Turnstile is unavailable. A form with CAPTCHA enabled also cannot be published without the required verification configuration.
How verification works
Turnstile runs when a respondent submits the completed form. It does not run when they save progress on a multi-page form. Cloudflare may ask for an interactive challenge. If verification fails, the submission is rejected and the respondent can retry.
Availability and custom domains
If verification becomes unavailable after publication, visitors to the Floov-hosted form see Form unavailable until it is restored. CAPTCHA currently protects submissions through the Floov-hosted form URL. It is disabled when the same form is opened through a connected custom domain.
