Access & Protection

Open a form in the editor, choose Settings, then open the Access tab. These controls determine whether respondents can open or submit the published form. Publish changes to make them live.

Close a form and set limits

Close form pauses collection on Free or Pro. Pro also offers a deadline and a completed-response cap. You can show a custom message when a form closes. Follow Close a Form & Set Limits for steps and what respondents see.

Require a password

Pro. Ask visitors for a password before they receive form content. Set the password before publishing and share it separately from the form link. Follow Password Protection for setup and visitor behavior.

Verify submissions with CAPTCHA

Free. Cloudflare Turnstile can verify final submissions on Floov-hosted form URLs. Read CAPTCHA Protection for setup, availability, and custom-domain behavior.

Use controls together

You can combine these settings. A manually closed form or one that reaches its deadline or response cap shows a closure state before a password prompt. CAPTCHA checks the final submission of a form that is still available. After publishing a change, open the public form link to confirm the experience respondents will see.
