Slack

Post new responses to a Slack channel so your team can follow up. This integration is free on every plan.

Connect Slack

As the workspace owner, open Integrations in the sidebar, choose the workspace, then open Add connection and choose Connect account for Slack. Approve access, return to Floov, and refresh.

You can also connect from this integration’s panel in the form editor. If no account is connected, the panel explains the next step; only the workspace owner sees the connection link. If the browser blocks the connection window, allow popups or open the link in a new tab, then use Refresh after connecting.

Choose a Channel

  1. In Slack, open the destination channel and enter /invite @Floov to add the bot. This is also required for private channels.
  2. In the form editor, open Settings > Integrations > Slack.
  3. Choose the connection and channel. Use Reload if needed.
  4. Turn on Post responses to Slack and publish.

Messages include the submitted answers and a link to the full response in Floov.

Manage Delivery

Admins and editors can use an existing connection; only the owner can connect or disconnect it.

If a message is missing, check Deliveries and confirm the Floov bot belongs to the channel. The response stays saved even when delivery fails.

Disconnecting stops delivery. Moving a form to another workspace requires setting up its connection again and publishing.

See Viewing Responses or Google Sheets.

For an already published form, you can also close this integration panel and choose Apply to live form at the top of the Integrations tab. This updates integrations and tracking without publishing other draft changes. New questions and hidden fields must be published before mapping them. See Publishing Forms.
